Together with their grandfather the two pretty twins Sally and Jenny Parker arrive ("Phylis Bay", "Milly Bay") in the small texan town Salinas. Here they want to clip the inhabitants with dubious tinctures and shooting competitions for their hard earned dollars. The evening Grandpa spends playing poker in the saloon, where he wins a farm. Unfortunately he falls victim to a gunfight immediately, so that his granddaughters come unexpectedly into the wrotten farm. Here our twins see themselves exposed to the brutal machination of Farrell and his gang. Farrell, who cooperates with the Sheriff (Luis Induni), tries to get their property: On the one hand the railway approaches; on the other hand there is a spouter. But the girls are really fast with the gun. Furthermore they are supported by smart "Ringo" Hatterey (Sean Flynn) and railway engineer Robert Clark (Rogelio Madrid).

The Gunslinger says:

Again a pretty lousy film, made by Rafael Romero Marchent in 1966. Firstly the strip is an impact in the face of the women's movement: Both girls enjoy the blows on the butt given by a strong chap. But that' doesn't impress us really, right? But the story is bloody boring and that's far worse. Thus you can stand the film only with thew little help of lots of refreshments, if you know, what I mean. At least the location is authentic, equipment and camera work are reasonable. Worthy of mention is the fact, that the leading roles are casted with women: a curiosity in the Spaghetti Western.

Rating: $$

Bodycount: 9

Explicit Brutalities:

- At the beginning a poor devil is beaten up by Farrell's gangsters in order to experience the situation of a secret water hole. Later he is shot to keep the secret. Strange to say, that everyone later apparently knows about it.

Love:

- You've got a lid for every pot (YAWN!): 1/10

Splatter: 1/10
